Terms of service

These terms cover buying and using Sweet Again. By buying, you agree to what follows. Last updated: October 12, 2026.

1. Who we are

The product is sold by WITS Market Co., Obispo Salguero 780, Córdoba, X5000, Argentina. Our only support channel is getwits.co@gmail.com.

2. What you’re buying

Sweet Again is a digital product: a recipe book in PDF that you can print at home, and any gift shown on the sales page while it lasts. Nothing is shipped. The recipes are written for people who want desserts made without refined sugar; fruit, dates, maple syrup and honey are still natural sugars. The book is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor or dietitian. Every recipe lists what it contains, but you are responsible for reading the labels of what you buy and for any allergy at your table.

3. Price and payment

• The price on the sales page is the final price, in US dollars, except for taxes that may apply where you live when you pay.
• Payment is made on the checkout page, through our checkout provider (Impultienda) and its payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
• Special-offer prices and struck-through prices are shown for a set period and may change for future purchases. They don’t affect a purchase you have already made.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital: when your payment is confirmed you get a download link. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and, if it still isn’t there, write to getwits.co@gmail.com with the email you used to buy.

5. Guarantee and refunds

You have 30 days from the purchase to ask for a full refund under the Three-Dessert Guarantee. The steps are in Refunds and guarantee. This guarantee is voluntary and goes on top of any rights the law gives you.

6. Permitted use and copyright

All the content (text, recipes, images, design and brand) belongs to WITS Market Co. When you buy, you get a personal and household licence to print and use the material at home. You may not resell it, share it publicly, post it online or use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Images

Your results may look different from the photos.

8. Liability

We do our best so the material works and downloads without problems. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect damages caused by using the material or by interruptions outside our control (for example, a failure of the payment system or of your connection). This does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page with its date, and a purchase is covered by the version in force on the day you made it.

11. Governing law and complaints

The seller is based in Argentina and these terms are governed by Argentine law. If you are a consumer in the United States or elsewhere, you keep the rights your local consumer laws give you. Before anything else, write to us: most problems are solved by email.
